Monkey toxicity-study exposure 36-228x model-predicted human exposure
“Finally, model derived human exposure was used to calculate margins of safety, when compared with non-compartmentally derived exposure of free rozanolixizumab in monkeys in the toxicology studies. Margin of safety is in the range of 36-228 and therefore fully acceptable.”
