Atlas collects as little as possible and never sells your data. Last updated 14 Oct 2026.

What we collect

• Your work email, when you request an invite or unlock a download.
• Optional details you choose to give: your role and the question you typed.
• A referral code, if you arrived through a colleague's invite link.
• Usage analytics through Google Tag Manager, such as which pages are viewed. We do not send your email address to analytics tools.

How we use it

• To send your invite and the downloads you request.
• To send new-approval alerts and occasional product updates from Atlas and from Hanko, the company behind Atlas (for example, when Hanko launches), unless you opt out.
• To understand which modalities and questions matter most, so we can improve Atlas.

We never sell or rent your data. Your details are shared only with Hanko and with the services that store them and send our emails on our behalf.
